Union Gap, WA, October 5, 2018 – Walker Bay Boats rounds off the Generation Light RIB line (Generation LTE) with the 10 LTE (3.05m) and 12 LTE (3.65m) in time for the fall boat show season.  Designed to be lighter weight than the Generation DLX boats, the LTE is the perfect boat for customers who want the style and comfort of a Generation but can only accommodate a lighter tender. Performance & comfort

The Generation LTE series is built using Walker Bay’s proprietary composite micro stringer system that bonds the hull and deck into one piece resulting in a strong, but lighter weight hull that absorbs chop and is quick to plane.  The LTE comes with the option of an integrated fuel system or potable tank, navigational lights and heavy-duty stainless steel towing rings, davit lifting eyes and pop-up cleats.  Features combine function and comfort, like the deluxe bow step with backrest cushion, a console that has room for a 7” chart plotter and provides extra leg room with a handrail for support and windscreen, and a wide rear seat with deluxe cushioning for skipper and mate. There are two large dry storage areas for gear, one in the bow and one under the driver seat.

Options for Seating

The Generation LTE has the option for an open layout with pedestal console base to give more leg room or if you prefer more space in the boat to move around. There is also an additional seat option, which includes two cup holders and an insulated cooler box in the seat beside the console, that provides seating for four in the 10 LTE and five in the 12 LTE.

The LTE 10 weighs under 500lbs with a 20-25 HP motor, fuel and battery and starts at MSRP $ 15,500

The LTE 12 weighs under 700 lbs (pending options) with a 30-40 HP motor, fuel and battery and starts at MSRP $ 17,500
