The DuraTech™ closed-molded RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) fiberglass hull construction process delivers exceptional performance, producing a hull that is 40% more impact-resistant and 30% lighter than traditional open-lamination fiberglass construction. By increasing the glass-to-resin ratio and incorporating more fiberglass into the lamination, the Duratech™ process significantly enhances hull strength. Through precise resin infusion control, we have achieved an optimal strength-to-weight ratio, resulting in a hull that is both lighter and stronger than conventional fiberglass alternatives.
