Smooth Ride.
The Generation DLX modified Deep V-hull is specifically designed to give you a smoother, more comfortable ride, even in choppy conditions. This advanced hull design not only improves the boat’s ability to cut through waves, but it also significantly reduces the amount of spray, keeping passengers dry and enhancing overall onboard comfort. In addition to the hull’s sophisticated design, the customized gas tank is positioned in the bow section of the keel. This thoughtful placement helps shift the tender boat’s weight forward, further minimizing the impact of rough chop and allowing the boat to plane more quickly than other RIBs in its class.
The Spider Stringer Grid construction used in the Generation DLX series absorbs the impact from chop, makes the hull stronger and lighter, and provides added safety with permanent positive flotation. This system combines fiberglass stringers with polyurethane cores to bond the boat’s hull and deck into one piece for an extremely strong yet light weight structure. The stringers distribute and absorb the stresses from wave impact while the polyurethane cores dampen and absorb shock and vibration.
Superior maneuverability.
As the Generation DLX luxury yacht tender propels forward, the concave chines deflect the water down, reducing spray and increasing hull traction for aggressive maneuvering. This allows the driver to make tighter turns and with increased control. The stern of the hull is designed to flatten out to facilitate planing at low speeds. Above the water, the sloping design of the bow step pushes the boat down at the front while the downward curve of the stern lifts the tail to increase stability and handling.
