Introducing the next Generation 400
There are some nice improvements on the Walker Bay Generation 400. The latest model is upgraded with a new look and firmer cushions with thicker fabric and darker accents. The rear bench seat has been widened for extra space and there is a foot-area cutaway to allow for more leg room for the driver. Due to this Generation’s integrated bow fuel tank and deep V-hull, the comfort and smooth ride are still the best available. This combination of hull and tank location ensures a solid feel over rough chop, while being quicker to plane. As well, the 400 includes a ski post and boarding ladder so you can further enjoy the performance. No other rigid inflatable boat in its class offers this kind of comfort and style.
All Walker Bay products are proudly designed and built in North America.

If you want to be at one with the water, then check out Walker Bay’s selection of Stand Up Paddleboards. But if you want to sit back and enjoy a smooth ride, then this Generation is for you. The extra deep V-hull is made for cutting through water. As well, the customized gas tank fits in the bow section of the keel, moving weight forward in the boat to further reduce the impact of rough chop and contribute to early planing.
There’s a time to paddle leisurely in a Walker Bay Rigid Inflatable Dinghy and then there’s a time to cruise in style and get to where you’re going in a smooth and timely manner. That’s where the Generation 400 DLX comes in. As this luxury tender propels forward, the concave chines deflect water down – reducing spray and increasing hull traction for aggressive maneuvering. The stern of the hull, meanwhile, flattens out to facilitate planing at low speeds. Above the water, the sloping design of the bow step pushes the boat down at the front, while the downward curve of the stern lifts the tail to increase stability and handling.
